I know it's been some time since the completion of the above and I realise that I've not formally thanked you on behalf of Blaenau Gwent C.B.C for all the sterling work that you undertook on this project. So thank you very much for the diligent manner in which you undertook same, your expertise and enthusiasm initially helping all concerned to design this unique national standard facility. Coupled together with your flexible approach during construction and liaisons with other professional bodies, namely The British Cycling Association, helped produce a specialised much needed facility in this particular area. I understand from other colleagues that your commitment to this venture has not waned yet and that you are occasionally involved, when needs be, in organising events and competitions here. Again may I thank you for your invaluable input and wish you further success on the next track you get involved with.
