Please pre-enter Dragon Downhill events. This allows us to plan the events properly and ensure there is the correct amount of transport for the numbers present.
Dragon Downhill events have a late entry fee. The deadline for pre-entry is 7 days before the event. Enter by the 7 day deadline and you'll get your entry at the correct price. The reason for the late entry fee is to discourage people from entering Dragon Events at the last minute. This allows me to organise the events properly and book the correct amount of toilets/transport etc. So, enter 7 days before the event or get a £5 late entry fee. There will be NO exceptions. Yes, some people will be put off entering, but that's the way it is. For those of you that pre-enter properly, this will be benificial as we won't get races without enough transport anymore. Entry on the day is subject to a £10 On the day fee, again, no exceptions.
The above no longer applies to practice days. There is now no late entry fee for practice days. Entries to practice days are now CLOSED (totally and finally) 7 days before each event. This allows me to plan the events properly and ensure they are right. Please don't ask for late entry to practice days because I will say NO
We also do not offer transfers or refunds within 5 days of any event, again if you don't like this then it's simple, don't enter.
All the above rules have come about because if we want efficient DH Uplift then we all have to share the risk, bikes break, people break, it's sunny, it rains, we get punctures, our brakes fail etc etc etc, but in the end I have to book (and pay for) enough buses for the people pre-entered 7 days in advance whatever happens.
VAT is now applicable on all entries paid to Dragon Downhill at 17.5%
