Phew, I'm glad thats over. I guess it'll always rain if I'm going to work on a track prior to a race, still it'll help bed it in for the future. That is after I've fixed it up again.

I didn't get to see much of the racing, but it looked like hard work. Someone send me some pics for the front page

See you next year I guess.

A HUGE thanks to everyone who helped, Julian and Adam for helping with the track, Ryan and ALL the marshalls, without whom it wouldn't be possible. My girls (Lynette and Manon)for doing the timing. Jonfen from Fenwicks for helping out whereever and whenever neccessary (and top marks for driving my T4 out of the mess at the top of the hill)

Thanks to all our sponsors; Marzocchi (Windwave), Fenwicks, Dirt Magazine, Zeal Optics, Gazzalodi, Mountainbike Holidays,co.uk, Mace and anyone else who threw stuff into the pot.

Fastest guys over the weekend Ralph Jones - Junior (1st), Matthew Simmonds (2nd) and Dave Smith (3rd). Ralph takes away the Marzocchi 888 forks for his efforts. Nooooooooo, I've got it wrong again!!! Third fastest over the Weekend was Sam Dale (YOUTH CATEGORY!!!!!) I'll be sending him a pair of Marzocchi Dirt Jams this week, I can only apologise for not having him up on th podium, my brain was a bit fried.

Pics below are of the Marzocchi Dragon Downhill 2006 series Winners.

No Elites as they were all elsewhere.

Sue Mahoney being 'lucky' Winner of the 'Guess the Scent of Fenwicks' comp, a nice pair of Marzocchi forks for her troubles.
