Wow, some serious grins at the bottom of the track at Taff Trails this weekend. Bottom gear and bellied out for the final section after the natural hip. Rowan finally beats Stanny down, it's taken long enough, more of that to come we hope. Ralph Jones takes the third spot, congrats to him for being selected as part of the GB DH squad going to the World Champs in New Zealand. Rain and sun in equal measures. See you at Wentwood.

I went to see Oliver Medcalf in hospital this afternoon, he's in good spirits and facing an op to repair his knee. Good luck to him and here's hoping he gets back on his bike when he's fixed.
